Como ago para que la hora no se vea en el hud de gta no se vea, ni se cambie sola?

Si te refieres a esa hora que viene por defecto en el GTA San Andreas tienes que buscar este codigo: TogglePlayerClock

 

Una vez encontrado esa funcion tienes que desactivarla o simplemente borrala.
